I have known Richard for years. You can have your car serviced at any shop, the difference is the people, those attending the front office and the techs who work on your car. Let me tell you about a TRUE HERO! His name is Alvin. Yesterday, on my way to bring my 93 year old Dad to his Dr.'s appt., my car started overheating. It was a very important doctor's visit, and we just had to get there! The TV personality, Mr. Rogers, says "there will always be Helpers. Look for them." Well, I found just such a person yesterday in Alvin at GoodYear in Buckhead on Roswell Road!!! Not only did Alvin put my car up front, ahead of all his other work, but he actually drove me and my Dad to the doctors!!!!!!!! Good news is the procedure my Dad was having done turned out perfect. And I think my new Hero, Alvin, is just perfect! --very satisfied Customer, Catherine
